We’ve been waiting for this flight our whole trip because it means we have a checked bag! So before our flight we took one last trip to Han Market to buy a suitcase and some school clothes for the kids. We also picked up a few more shirts we ordered from Tre Tailors.
Then we were off! We landed on the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc about 4pm and headed to our hotel, the Crowne Plaza in the north part of the island. We had a few issues with our reservations that finally got resolved. They were very kind to have towel swans awaiting when we arrived and even a happy anniversary cake! We’re on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the pool and the beach. We swam for a while, enjoyed the sunset and then had dinner at the hotel.
